14 folks from Second Church and the Oil City area will be traveling to The Dominican Republic to serve for a week. (February 10-17)  They will be finishing a building for the children of a Haitian village in the DR.  This place will feed them and take care of their spiritual needs while their parents and grandparents work in the sugar cane fields.  This group have been raising funds for the trip.
