GUIDELINES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FINANCIAL AID

Prior to acceptance as a recipient of financial aid by the Second Presbyterian Church of Oil City, students, parents and the Financial Aid Committee have responsibilities to ensure the fairness of this worthwhile program.
